Delivery FAQ
How do I place a delivery order?
You can place a delivery order either by phone or directly through our website. To order online, simply add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your information (your phone number is especially important), select your address from the dropdown, and choose your preferred delivery time slot. You will then upload a photo of your valid ID and select Aeropay as your payment method. After checkout, an Aeropay window will appear to complete your payment securely.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your location. Most orders arrive within 20 to 35 minutes, but during busy times or for longer distances, it may take up to 60 to 90 minutes.
What do I need to have ready at delivery?
You must be 21 or older and present a valid, non-expired state-issued ID upon delivery. We are required to take a photo of both the front and back of the ID. The person who placed the order must be present to sign for and receive the delivery.
Can I use my loyalty points on delivery orders?
Yes! To redeem your loyalty points, make sure you have created an account on our website using the same phone number you have used for previous purchases.
What payment methods do you accept for delivery?
We primarily accept Aeropay for delivery orders. If you would prefer to use a debit or credit card, please call us at 800-353-2538 to place your order. Cash is not accepted for deliveries.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes.
- Bronx deliveries: $50 minimum (before tax)
- Outside the Bronx: $75 minimum (before tax)
What are your delivery hours?
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Where do you currently deliver?
We proudly deliver throughout our home borough of the Bronx and are actively expanding our footprint into Manhattan, specifically serving Spanish Harlem, East Harlem, and West Harlem. You can use the zip code checker on our homepage to see if your address is in our active radius.
Will my delivery be discreet?
Absolutely. We respect your privacy, so all delivery orders arrive in unmarked, discreet packaging.
Payments & Identification
Do I need a medical card to shop with Bleu Leaf?
No medical card is required! Bleu Leaf is a fully licensed recreational dispensary. As long as you are 21 or older, you can legally shop with us.
What is Aeropay, and is it safe?
Aeropay is a highly secure, bank-to-bank transfer system built specifically for the legal cannabis industry. It utilizes bank-level encryption, meaning your financial data is fully protected, never stored, and strictly confidential.
What payment methods do you accept in-store?
If you are shopping at our Bronx storefront, we accept cash and major debit cards. For your convenience, we also have an ATM on-site.
What type of ID is required to make a purchase?
We require a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport) showing that you are 21 years of age or older.

Are your products tested and legal?
Yes. As a New York State CAURD-licensed dispensary, quality and compliance are non-negotiable. Every product on our shelves is rigorously lab-tested, safe, and sourced exclusively from regulated New York growers.
What types of products do you sell?
We carry a full spectrum of premium cannabis products, including vaporizers, edibles, pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, concentrates, and tinctures. However, we are especially known for our extensive, high-quality flower selection.
What are your best-selling flower brands?
Flower is our most popular category. Our community’s current favorites include Leal (our top seller for both flower and pre-rolls), Matter, Dank., Jetpacks, and Doobie Labs/Runtz.
How often do you get new products in stock?
We keep our menu fresh with frequent product drops. You can expect to see new limited-batch flower and fresh inventory arriving on a weekly basis.
I am new to legal cannabis. How do I know what to buy?
We believe in education over pressure. Whether you are shopping online or in-store, our goal is to provide honest guidance without overwhelming you. Our website features clear categories and product descriptions, and our in-store staff is always happy to answer questions to help you find exactly what you need.

Where is your storefront located, and what are your in-store hours?
Our physical dispensary is deeply rooted in the Bronx, located at 2034 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, NY 10453. Our in-store hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Do you offer order pickup?
Yes! If you are in a rush, you can place your order online and select curbside pickup at checkout. We will notify you as soon as your order is packed and ready.
What does it mean to be a CAURD-licensed dispensary?
Being a CAURD (Conditional Adult-Use Retail Dispensary) licensee means Bleu Leaf is proudly owned and operated by a justice-impacted individual. Shopping with us means you are directly supporting a business built to repair the harm caused by decades of cannabis prohibition and reinvesting in the local community.
Is the Bleu Leaf storefront wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our Jerome Avenue location is fully wheelchair accessible to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for all of our customers.
Legal & Compliance
How much cannabis can I legally buy at one time?
Under New York State law, adults 21 and older can purchase up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower and up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis (such as edibles, vaporizers, and tinctures) per day.
Can I buy from you if I have an out-of-state ID?
Yes. As long as you are 21 or older and have a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID, you can shop with us. Passports and out-of-state driver licenses are fully accepted.
Where can I legally consume the products I buy?
In New York, you can generally consume cannabis wherever smoking tobacco is legal. However, consumption is strictly prohibited in motor vehicles, outdoor dining areas, public parks, and near schools. We encourage you to be mindful of your surroundings and respectful of the community.
Orders, Policies & Troubleshooting
What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to New York State cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns on cannabis products. If you receive a defective item, such as a malfunctioning vape cartridge, please contact us at 800-353-2538 within 48 hours. Bring the defective product, your receipt, and the original packaging to the store so we can help facilitate a compliant exchange.
Can I change or cancel my delivery order after placing it?
If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please call us immediately at 800-353-2538. Once our delivery driver has been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications to the order.
Do your prices include tax?
New York State applies specific taxes to adult-use cannabis products. These taxes are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed on your receipt before you finalize your payment.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are not available when our driver arrives, we will attempt to call or text you. If we cannot reach you, the order will be returned to our Bronx storefront. You can contact us to reschedule. Please note that repeated missed deliveries may affect your ability to use our delivery service in the future.
Account, Loyalty & Store Details
How do I earn loyalty points?
You earn loyalty points on every purchase you make with Bleu Leaf. To start earning, simply create an account on our website using your phone number. Every dollar spent adds points to your account, which you can later redeem for discounts on both in-store and delivery orders.
Can I buy a Bleu Leaf gift card?
At this time, state regulations restrict the sale of cannabis gift cards. We do offer frequent product bundles and promotions that make great purchases to share with other adults 21 and over.
Is there parking near your Bronx storefront?
Yes, street parking is available near our 2034 Jerome Avenue location. If you are in a rush, we highly recommend selecting our curbside pickup option at checkout so we can bring your order right to your car.
